Office Planner is a Singapore office furniture designer and manufacturer. Since 1997 we've designed and built workspace furniture for government, healthcare, education, and corporate clients — drawing the space plan, engineering the pieces, and making them ourselves rather than sourcing and reselling. Because we manufacture in our own facilities, a single team is accountable from the first drawing to the final installed chair.
That in-house model is how we've worked at scale — including a 4,350-workstation project for the Defence Science & Technology Agency — alongside work for PwC, CPF Board, the National University of Singapore, the State Courts, and public hospitals such as Khoo Teck Puat and Sengkang General. How we design and build
Space planning & design
We start with your floorplate, headcount, and the way your teams actually work — planning workstation density, meeting and focus zones, and circulation to make the most of your real estate.
Manufacturing
Furniture is built in our own panel factory in Johor and assembly factory in Selangor, Malaysia, with GreenDNA-certified materials and full in-house quality control — not sourced and resold.
Delivery & installation
We deliver and install everything on site across Singapore, managing timelines and access so your office is ready to use, not flat-packed.
Warranty & after-sales
Every product is backed by our 5–10 year warranty and ongoing after-sales support, so the workspace keeps performing long after handover.
