Incorporated in 1997, Office Planner was founded by Gavin Woo to offer office furniture solutions to various industries, including government, healthcare, national defence, and corporate businesses. Together with Adele Ang and Katrina Tan, Office Planner is a leading company in workspace innovation and the preferred partner for office staging — optimising prime real estate space.

We operate our own manufacturing facilities — a panel factory in Johor and a furniture assembly factory in Selangor, Malaysia — with warehousing and showrooms across Singapore.
This vertical integration gives us full quality control from raw material to installed workspace, enabling complete turnkey fit-outs delivered on time, at scale.
